Cancellation Policy

All reservations require a deposit to hold your spot. Our cancellation policy requires that any appointment changes or cancellations be notified at least 48 hours in advance. This policy applies to all visits and therapies, whether full or half-hour. If a patient cancels within 48 hours of their appointment, or fails to show up, the deposit made to secure the appointment will not be refunded. To avoid losing your deposit, you have the option to change your appointment to Telemedicine only if it is a follow-up visit or a brief/acute or educational consultation.
